Students in our EYFS and Prep School have joined children around the globe who are connecting with one another by painting colourful rainbows and putting them in their windows for others to see. These rainbows are intended to say thank you to all key workers, including NHS staff, transport workers, postal workers, caretakers, refuse collectors, food delivery drivers, carers, shop workers, cleaners, volunteers and teachers and many other essential workers who continue doing their jobs despite the coronavirus outbreak.
The hope is that they will also bring a little cheer to people who see them. Children can play ‘spot the rainbow’ if they go out for daily exercise.
It is great to see the work that girls from the Prep School have put into their rainbows.
