On Tuesday 5th July 2022, Mrs Jack and Mrs Pine had the privilege of accompanying Year 10 PE pupils on a trip to Wimbledon. With seats in Court 2, we were lucky to see a women’s doubles match and part of a mixed doubles match with two players representing Great Britain, as well as exploring the impressive site and soaking up the atmosphere.

“I really enjoyed this trip. It was a great experience. I love the cheer and the clapping when a point was scored. Definitely coming back again in the future!” Lily

“This was a once in a lifetime opportunity which I thoroughly enjoyed. I especially liked the clapping when the video assisted referee (VAR) was used and finally the cheering for the winning team the end. I would love to go again!” Joshna
