The above is a quote from the website of the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. We are pleased to say that we have once again seen our students showcase their speaking voices, memory skills and creativity during the LAMDA exam process. Each student performed their solo piece in front of a LAMDA Examiner.
We are very proud to announce that the hard work of the students, their teachers and of course their parents has resulted in students from Year 1 through to Year 6 being awarded Merits and Distinctions. Well done!
London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) Examination Results 2020
|2019||Pass||Pass & Merit||Pass & Distinction|
Some of our students have kindly shared their thoughts about the experience.
I practised hard for my LAMDA exam and made sure I didn’t get too nervous on the day of the test. When I got my results I was over the moon because this is my 3rd distinction 3 years in a row. All of the hard work was worth it.
Safa Year 4
I really enjoyed practising for my LAMDA exam with my teachers. I was a bit nervous during the exam but very happy with my results.
Zaina Year 4
My LAMDA exam went very well. I would like to thank my teacher who supported me in every way possible to make sure I was ready and confident. The main thing that helped through this was a meditation exercise Mr McErlane encouraged us do which helped me a lot on the day to stay calm and focus.
Maariya Year 5
I got my LAMDA result and was very happy. I was nervous before I did the exam but I had prepared everything and worked extra hard with Sir and at home. When I got the result all my hard work paid off. I am so happy!
