WHEN PAYING YOUR SCHOOL FEES IT IS VITAL THAT YOU REFERENCE PAYMENT WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME
Fees are invoiced at the end of each term and are payable by the first working day of the following term.
Our preferred method of payment is by transfer to our bank account using on-line banking, details of which can be found on the invoices and also obtained from the Bursar.
We cannot accept payment of fees in cash, by credit card or by cheque.
School fees include all tuition, most stationery and weekly sports activities, whether held at school or off-site.
Fees do not include text books, external examination fees, school trips, some workshops, optional hot lunches and extra-curricular music tuition. These will be invoiced via our ParentMail system or added to the school fees. It is school policy that text books are ordered by the school and charged to parents either via ParentMail/School fee statements.

We offer a limited number of Bursaries to parents of all students. These are means tested, based on family income. All Bursaries are awarded for a period of one academic year only, and all families are required to reapply each Spring for the following academic year.

NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
A FULL TERM’S NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF A PUPIL FROM THE SCHOOL MUST BE GIVEN IN WRITING TO THE HEAD TEACHER, OTHERWISE A FULL TERM’S FEES IN LIEU OF SUCH NOTICE WILL BE PAYABLE, WHATEVER THE REASON FOR WITHDRAWAL.
When a child is moving from the Preparatory School to the Senior School, one term’s notice is still required if a child is leaving the school at the end of Year 6, this means notice will need to be given, no later than the first day of the Summer Term of Year 6
This means that you must give notice by the first day of the term if you wish to withdraw your son/daughter at the end of that term. This also applies to those pupils who will not be transitioning into Park Senior School.
