Park School has a tradition of outstanding GCSE results and this summer was no exception. Our Year 11 students celebrated with news of an excellent performance in their GCSE results, with 90% of pupils achieving A* – C grades; the number of passes A* to C grades including Maths and English Language was 94%. Furthermore 57% of students achieved A* to A in Maths and 53% achieved A* to A in English Language. […]

This workshop is run by Just Enough UK and encourages tolerance and respect. It looks at the creation of global laws, feeling safe and secure in the UK and media manipulation. Everything is age appropriate and explores this issue by using storytelling, games and even some cavemen!
Students will spend the day with the brilliant Poet, Meal Zetter and students will gain a great deal from working with him throughout the day.
This event is for girls studying separate sciences in Years 10 and 11. It features leading Scientists talking about recent discoveries and developments which relate to the GCSE Curriculum.
There will be a trip to the battlefields of the First World War, including Ypres in Belgium. The trip aims to support the teaching of the First World War, which is covered in both the Year 9 and Year 10 GCSE History syllabus.
